Pedestrian Master Plan Public Meeting May 21
The first public workshop for the Davidson Pedestrian Master Plan was held on Monday, April 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Board Room, 216 South Main Street, Davidson, N.C.
On May 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. the Davidson Livability Board and the Davidson Planning Board will host a public meeting on the Pedestrian Master Plan. At the meeting the Alta Planning + Design consultants will present a draft of the plan and recommendations followed by public discussion. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Planning Board
The next Planning Board meeting will be held jointly with the Livability Board on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, in the Davidson Town Hall Board Room at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the first draft of the Davidson Pedestrian Master Plan. The public is encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.

Design Review Board
The next Design Review Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, in the Davidson Town Hall Board Room at 7:00 p.m. An agenda will be posted soon. The public is welcome to attend.

The Board of Commissioners approved the conditional master plan amendment for the Davidson Retirement Residence at the May 14, 2013 meeting.
An amendment to the Davidson Commons East Conditional Master Plan by Woodies Automotive was approved by the Board of Commissioners at the April 9, 2013 meeting.
The Board voted to approve amendments to Section 18 , Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance of the Davidson Planning Ordinance at the March 12, 2013 meeting.
A building permit for the Carolinas Health System Behavioral Health Center has been approved.
The proposed Delburg Street Infill Master Plan for a residential subdivision plans are under review.
Construction for the MSC Industrial Direct office building has begun.
Construction at 212 South Main Street for the new Mooney's Corner building is underway.
