Master Plan approved June 27, 2018.
Proposing to develop +/-4.56 acres of currently vacant land in to seven single-family detached lots and eight townhome lots. The townhome lots are proposed to be in two units of 4 each.
James Alexander Way (existing) will be extended in a southerly direction past parcel 00705114 (Lassiter property), at which point it will turn in an easterly direction and intersect with Walnut Street (existing).
Greenway construction will be included as part of this project.
11/30/2017 - Complete application accepted.
3/29/2018 - A Public Information Session regarding the development of Davidson Springs Phases 3 and 4, adjacent to Walnut Street and James Alexander Way, was held at the Davidson Town Hall on Monday, April 9 from 5 to 7 pm in the Board Room.
6/18/18 - A second Public Information Session was held on June 18, 2018 from 5 - 7 pm at Davidson Town Hall (216 South Main St) to reveal the Pedestrian Way and other changes based upon the first PIS.
6/27/18 - Master Plan approved, following 6/25/18 Planning Board review.
